# Why is my account not loading?

**Problem Detected: Network Instability**

We’re experiencing some network instability, which may affect your experience.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot:

1. Check your internet connection: Ensure your device is connected to a stable network.
2. Restart your router or modem: A quick restart can often resolve connectivity issues.
3. Try refreshing the page: Press Ctrl + R (Windows) or Command + R (Mac) to reload the app.
4. Switch networks, if possible: If you’re using Wi-Fi, try connecting to a different network or using a wired connection.
