# When I try to login to S2 Sync my screen is white and blank. How can I get in?

## Follow the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Does your company have an IT team? It may be that there is a security app installed on your laptop that is keeping you from entering S2 Sync. If so, please send [THIS](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1iqmHlc8R5zhlsr_Lvy2KFQhh-NMQTOu5Rq_4D7Haw1E/edit?usp=sharing)Network Guide to your IT department. 

2. Have you tried using a different browser? If that doesn't work, try the next step. 

3. Have you tried connecting with a different network? If that doesn't work, try the next step. 

4. Have you cleared your cache? If that doesn't work, try the next step. 

5. Have you tried logging in via an incognito window?
