• Fix – For Road Map, we need to improve the printability, can we make the PRINT Road Map option look more like the WEB formatting? Print vertically/portrait orientation on an 8.5x11in page

• Feature – Added the ability of coaches to be able to send invitations to additional users.
• Feature – Added the ability to sort the Objectives by Due Date.
• Feature- For Objectives, we added a vertical accordion in the list to create and edit pane for a single item.

• Feature – Added a Score column to the List View showing the average score for each meeting
• Fix - Archived Actions, Opportunities, and Objectives are now listed from newest to oldest. Previously they were populating oldest to newest.
• Fix –Added more visibility to measures in Scoreboard, if we filter it monthly, it will show the last 6 months, for quarterly, you’ll see the last 6 quarters.
• Feature - In the Team Edit page, we added a new section with a checkbox that says “override scoreboard.” This feature allows a team to enter a URL from another platform to populate data from another source in the Scoreboard. If the team has overridden the scoreboard, then when they click SCOREBOARD in the left nav it would open that URL in a NEW tab/window

🚀 Release 1.0.22

• Feature – This one’s for S2 staff, not public use, but we added diagnostics to better track aggregate data around active users, trials, and accounts. New measures are coming soon to a System & Soul SLT scoreboard near you! Or, near us, rather. And by near us, we mean Zoom because that’s where we live now.
• Fix – Resolved an issue with the System & Soul logo in the menubar. If the dropdown menu was too long, it would overlap and make some menu items un-clickable.
• Fix – Resolved an issue with meeting recap emails, they were malformed and displayed “strange codes” in some instances. The “some instances” ended up being those with notes 🙈.

• Fix – Resolved an issue with meeting recap emails,  in some instances they were not displaying meeting times for the correct timezone. Now, if you get notified that the leadership team secretly met without you at midnight, you might wanna dig a little deeper 😅.

• Feature – Checkboxes for Opportunity, Action, Objective, or Meeting lists now save their values and will still be checked when a user leaves and returns to the page.
• Feature – Improved the UX for sorting Opportunities. The sort icon is prettier and no longer wraps below the text in quirky, unexpected ways. Please hold while I update my personal mission statement to include the phrase “quirky and unexpected ways”. … Ok, I’m back.
• Fix – Resolved an issue with the type dropdown for Opportunities marked as N/A. They were not showing N/A, but instead were defaulting to Awareness.
• Fix – Long meeting titles now clip text instead of creating the dreaded 😵 hOriZonTaL sCroLLbAr oF dOoM 😵. So. Much. Less. Doom.
• Fix – Resolved an issue with users not receiving a meeting recap email.
• Fix – Resolved an issue with the alert notification box returning after it was dismissed for coaches.
• Fix – Resolved an issue with admin users not being able to save custom meetings due to a “combine error”. If you know what that phrase means in this context, holla at ya boy cuz we might have a position open in our engineering department.

• Fix – Long lists no longer crowd the help text and link to Opportunity Type documentation on the Opportunities page.**

• Fix – Some coaches were able to create and edit items (like meetings) even though the role is intended to be read-only. This is now resolved.

• Feature – The types of Opportunities have been clarified and improved, and a link to our help documentation has been added to the Opportunities page. (Learn More)
• Feature – The Opportunities list can now be sorted by priority, type, or assignee.
• Feature – The list of meeting participants now auto-fills with all members of the current team when creating a new meeting.
• Fix – Long lists of meeting participants no longer cause the page to grow horizontally, the list wraps vertically instead.
• Fix – Users can now add the first score to a newly created measure on the detail page instead of being required to return to the scoreboard to add one.
• Fix – The Future filter for the Opportunities list is remembered and no longer resets when the user leaves the page.
• Bug – The new Opportunities sort feature has a minor issue with the sort icons in the column headers. Much like your favorite K-pop band, the choreo is tight! Not sure why they all decided to sync up and dance together at the last minute, but we’ll get it fixed next week.

• Feature – Awareness opportunities are displayed in a separate, pinned section at the top of the Opportunities page to help with... um... awareness.
• Feature – Future opportunities can be hidden until you need them, like when you are preparing for your Quarterly Refuel meetings.
• Feature – The column previously known as "#" has been re-labeled to "Priority".
• Feature – A Save and Archive button has been added to the Opportunity Detail page so you can say "💁🏼♀️ Thank You, Next" to your opportunities.

...and one small fix for Objectives.

• Fix – The icon for an objective with a Done status is now a checkmark instead of an exclamation point. You are still free to feel excited and/or alarmed about a completed objective.
