I've invited a new user to our account, but they're having trouble joining. How can they accept the invitation?

If a new user is having a hard time gaining access to the account, they can complete the following:

1. Check their email for an invitation from S2 Sync. It will look like this:

2. Open the email and click on the blue box with the link that says "Join System & Soul" 

3. From here, you will sign up for your account. You can either choose to sign up through your email or Google. If you use your email, you will receive an email to log in by clicking a link that will be sent to your email address. If you use Google, it will be a fast, one-click sign-in process each time. 

4. I chose to sign up with my email address, so this message appeared on my screen.

5. Go back to your email, and click on your login invitation by clicking the blue "Sign in" button:

6. You should now be in! Click on the company name that you were invited to, and you can now see anything your company has added to S2 Sync.
