# How to lead a Healthy F.I.T. Conversation?

## Find helpful how-to guides to lead a Healthy F.I.T. Conversations.

**Healthy F.I.T. Conversations are a key tool for managers and leaders to touch base with their direct reports about performance, satisfaction, goals, and "F.I.T."**

The goal of this conversation is to help leaders and their team members have candid dialogue around a team member's dreams, goals, unique skills, passion, current role satisfaction, and overall performance.

We recommend you allow 45-60 minutes for this conversation and thoughtfully work through each section of this Road Map. You may not need to review the Mission and Hedgehog sections at every meeting, but be sure to focus time on the Growth and Contribution sections.
