- Create a free Zapier account.
- Once logged in, click on the orange "+ Create" button in the top left corner of your screen and choose "Zaps" which is an automated workflow.
Choose your trigger:

Click on trigger and in the search bar, find System & Soul.

Next, you will choose your event which will start the zap. What do you want to keep track of in the app? I am choosing "New Action" which will trigger when a new S2 action is created. Press continue.

- Choose your account. This is the email you use to log in to S2 Sync. Whenever this email is assigned an action, the email will receive the action. Press continue.

Test your trigger. You may do this by logging into S2 Sync and creating an action. Then, click on "Test trigger" and make sure the test action appears.

Choose your action:

Click on "Action" and choose which app you'd like your action to appear on / integrate to. Today I will be choosing to integrate with Google Tasks.

After choosing Google Tasks, choose your event. What do you want to happen in Google Tasks when an action is made in S2 Sync? Today, I am choosing to "Create a Task" each time an action is made in S2 Sync. This will create a google task in my Google Calendar any time an action is assigned to me in S2 Sync. Press continue.

- Choose which account you'd like to use. This account will create a new Google Task any time a new action is made in S2 Sync. Click "Connect New Account" and allow Zapier access to your Google Account. Click continue.
- From here, you will create your task. Under "Task List" choose your loaded results.

Choose the title for this action. This is what the Google Task will be titled as. I am choosing "Action Title."

Next, choose which information you would like included in the notes section. This is the information that appears when you click on and expand the Google Task in your Google Calendar. I have chosen to include the date and the action description in my notes section.

- You may choose a "Due on" date.
- Press continue and test the step. Go to your Google Tasks and see if the action you created earlier now appears in tasks.
