Why am I being charged for pending users?
Pending users are counted as a standard user in your S2 Sync account, even if the user has not yet accepted the invitation. One key thing to know is that your account is based on the number of seats purchased, not the number of seats claimed or being used.
If you have a pending user who has not yet accepted the invitation to join the account, you can send them a gentle reminder to join the account. Here's how:
1. Navigate to Settings > Users
2. Scroll down to the pending user.
3. To the far right, click on the 3 dots and choose "reinvite"
