What is the difference between a member, an admin, and a coach?

Within the System & Soul app, users can be assigned different roles depending on their level of access and responsibilities. Here’s a breakdown of each role:

Admin

Admins have the highest level of control within the platform (outside of coaches). They can:

  • Edit user names

  • Change user roles and manage access

  • Add users to teams

  • Support company-wide management tasks

  • Ensure objectives are assigned to the right users

In short, admins have more permissions than members and play a key role in managing both people and processes across the platform.

Coach

Coaches are certified System & Soul partners who are actively working with your organization to implement the framework. In the app, coaches have full access and permissions, allowing them to:

  • View and support all areas of your account

  • Guide your team through tools, processes, and best practices

  • Help ensure alignment and accountability across the business

Member

Members are standard users with limited permissions. They can access and use all the core functions of the platform needed for their role, but they don’t have the administrative controls available to admins or coaches.
