How can I remove a user from my S2 Sync account?

Users can be added or removed at any time. Read below for how to manage the users in your S2 Sync account.

How to Remove User:

  1. Click the dropdown arrow next to your Company Name.
  2. Click on Company Setting
  3. Click "Users" and find the user you'd like to remove from your account.
  4. Next to the user's name, click on the 3 dots to the far right. 
  5. Select Remove.

Tip: A removed user can be added back to your account at any time. You will just need to send them a new invitation which can also be done on the "Users" page of your account.
